It just happend naturally with my energetic opening. This words and sounds came. They came at night, in normal life situations, in certain ceremonies and i started to use light language also in the Breathwork Sessions mainly in the middle part or at the end just some minutes... a little bit shy...
But now it is just becoming more and more and i feel it important to us this language also a lot more in the sessions. Not just some minutes like before, instead to make the sessions basically around light language. Before while people were breathing i guided them like in a meditation. Now i speak basically the whole session light language. It also helps me to come much more out of my head and to connect.
